In this full scale renovation of a 2000 sf two bedroom apartment facing historic Rittenhouse Square, all the existing wood double-hung windows were removed and carefully restored, and the existing coffered ceilings were repaired and preserved. All interior spaces were fitted out with new millwork, finishes, and fixtures.
