This full-scale renovation transforms a historic Fitler Square townhouse into a refined, highly functional home suited for modern city living. The main living level is reconfigured around a new kitchen, where custom-built cabinetry and steel-framed windows create a clean, cohesive space with a stronger connection to the exterior. A new pilot house addition extends the home upward, leading to a rooftop deck with expansive views of the city.
