This 6500 sf home had been occupied by its original owner since its contruction in the 1970s. Substantial modifications included a small sunroom addition off the kitchen, a new shed dormer in the primary bedroom, and a new large window opening at the central stair. MEP systems were substantially upgraded and all interior fixtures and finishes were replaced.
