Large renovation of an 18th-century farmhouse in Chester Springs. Kitchen addition, including a new hardwood floor, replacement of existing cabinetry with black walnut countertops, upgrades to modern appliances and fixtures, and custom casement window sashes fabricated to match the existing. The existing pool, decking and equipment were removed for the construction of a new pool and pool house as well as new gardens.
