This 1500 sf late 19th century carriage house in Haverford PA received a full scale upgrade of all systems, fixtures, and finishes. Exterior envelope improvements included a new standing seam copper roof, gutters, and downspouts, and new glazing at all existing window and door openings. A former porch was enclosed to become a living room and office space. The rest of the first floor has a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a garden storage area. The second floor is now a spacious bedroom suite.
